Fees and Refund policy

Fees and Refund policy: 

      ·     Tryout registration- $75.00 holds a spot for the try-out. Absolutely no refund for the tryout fee.  

  • Membership Registration is paid annually and is the same for all players. This fee is  $675.00. Full payment must be made between January 1st, 2019 & January 8th, 2019.   Failure to register your membership within the period set will result in your removal from the roster. Once membership has been accepted by a player there will be no refunds for any reason. Membership  is NON-refundable after January 15th, 2019.

 

  • Tournament fees, and travel expenses are separate from the annual membership fee and are the player's families' responsibility.  All tourneys average between 150.00-200.00 per tourney for class of 2020-2022. Class of 2023-2028 All inclusive average cost 750.00.  NO CAMPS SUCH AS NIKE TEAM CAMP ARE INCLUDED

 

  • NO REFUNDS FOR TOURNEY FEES: All fees will be Due March 1st, 2019
  • IF A TOURNEY IS CANCELLED AND A REFUND IS MADE BACK TO CLUB KIDS WILL BE ENTERED IN AN ALTERNATIVE TOURNEY. MOST TOURNEYS DO NOT REFUND

Class 2021 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys.  Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
Class 2022 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys.  Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
Class 2023 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys.  Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
Class 2024 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys.  Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
Class 2025 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys. Listed on lax wiz Account. Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
Class 2026 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys.  Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
Class 2027-2028 All inclusive covers all entry fee’s to all tourneys.  Failure to register will result in players not making the tourney rosters!!
